I understand your frustration. The parcel was packed with great care and shipped via a courier. According to the tracking, it cleared customs on 14-01-2025. The delay is not caused by me or the shipping process.

Please don’t worry—if the parcel is not delivered by 15-02-2026, I am willing to refund any costs you have paid. Thank you for your patience; I hope it will be delivered in the next few days. 

I have initiated a lost-or-found investigation with the courier, and I hope the parcel will be located and delivered soon.
