Received a broken watch. The seller mocked me. Catawiki ignored all proof. Complaints filed with EU, BG, NL & GR authorities. Think twice before trusting this platform or seller.

Watch without documents and box, arrived in a paper bag in a package, like a fish from the market, new and not original strap. For me, a watch collector, practically, without any commercial value.

Dear buyer, you probably didn't read the auction carefully or didn't look at the photos carefully. I never mentioned box and papers and wrote with a new trade strap.

more damaged than was told by the seller   or visible on the photographs.

Good morning dear buyer, can you clarify for me what your criteria are for considering a product damaged, I have many reviews that state that they received exactly what they saw in the photos, you are the only one who says the opposite, I am always willing to refund your money if what you received does not match the auction photos, you can send me some photos on WhatsApp if you want.
