As Watchbonafide, we have been the one of the biggest Watch seller on Catawiki since 2016. Our team consists of a total of 9 people, two of whom are experienced watchmakers. Our office serves as a Watch Service Center with extremely modern equipment near the Grand Bazaar, the heart of Istanbul. Our ambition is to always strive to offer best-selling watches and unique collectibles to our customers around the world. We try to present the watches we receive from our suppliers to you, our valued customers, by going through complete revision processes, renewing the leather straps when necessary and polishing as necessary. We want to continue to show you the most valuable asset of our lives, that is, your time, in the most beautiful way.

I won an auction for an Omega Constellation. After several attempts to contact the seller, he never responded after several weeks. In the end, they canceled the purchase. The seller was very unserious

The watch I bought was not delivered to me because there was an “issue with the movement”. But it was quickly put up for sale again on Catawiki without offering me the “repaired” watch. Catawiki: Solution attempted by the Seller, but unsuccessful due to reasons outside of the Seller's control.
