The envelope came and to my surprise it was empty. Only the cardboard  inside. This is the second time I was cheated. The last time I bought 2 Sri Lanka PMG notes. After waiting it did not come

On what grounds should I send empty parcels? To do a favour for whom? Would I have spent 20 euros on postage to send a parcel containing pieces of cardboard? For a 60-euro note? Help me understand. I’m curious. Even if the note had been stolen, what would be the justification for receiving negative feedback? I’m curious to know it. I messaged you privately and you didn’t even reply.
