We are sorry for the damage done to the print which we failed to spot during the shipping process. That being said, this negative slate does feel a bit uncalle for as the buyer has been offered a full refund via Catawiki against returning the item. This is an option which is always available to all buyers at Catawiki.

It arrived in weak packaging, and the parcel was opened about 2 cm on one side
