"Miyajima 5 Winter" - Limited 92/100 - Norikane Hiroto 乗兼広人 (b1949) - Japan

A snowy landscape of a majestic torii gate standing in the sea and lantern. Miyajima is an island of faith in the Seto Inland Sea, Japan. Itsukushima Shrine in Miyajima, one of Japan's most representative architectural works, is registered as a World Heritage Site in 1996 as a masterpiece that conveys Japan's worship of nature and spiritual culture, with its unique landscape that combines the shrine building and torii gate built on the sea with the primeval forest in the background.
