This is a rare opportunity to acquire a signed masterpiece by Akiyama Akira (秋山章), one of Japan's most celebrated bridal textile artists. Known for his "Royal Color" series and for dressing Japanese celebrities and royalty, Akiyama’s works are highly coveted for their lavish use of materials and traditional craftsmanship. Artist & Provenance: Artist: Akiyama Akira (Signed with red seal "Akira" 章 on the lining). Significance: Akiyama is renowned for preserving the "Hon-Yuzen" (authentic hand-dyeing) technique and integrating it with heavy "Hon-Kinpaku" (genuine gold leaf) application.
