ELENA PARASKEVA wurde von vier unterschiedlichen, renommierten internationalen photographischen Gesellschaften zur FOTOGRAFIN DES JAHRES (2024/2023/2021/2018) gewählt.
Sie ist Absolventin von HASSELBLAD MASTERS, WORLD MASTERS OF PHOTOGRAPHY, LENSCULTURE, AESTHETICA, PRIX DE LA PHOTOGRAPHIE PARIS usw.
Sie hat in renommierten Galerien und während Biennales in NYC, Paris, Tokyo, London, DUBAI, Wien, Barcelona, München, Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia), Florenz, Frankfurt, Málaga (Spanien), Linz (Österreich), Graz (Österreich), Sienna (Italien) usw. ausgestellt.

Sie hat sogar im Europäischen Parlament in Brüssel ausgestellt. Die jüngste Erwerbung ihrer Arbeiten erfolgte durch die Public Art Department der Västra Götaland Regierung in Schweden. Zu den öffentlichen Institutionen, die ihre Arbeiten besitzen, gehört das Boston Children’s Hospital in den USA, das eine 500 cm lange Installation ihrer Werke am Eingang zur Abteilung für Kinderkrebs hat.

Elena Paraskeva wurde von Saatchi Art als eine der „Artists To Watch“ gewählt. Der Vorsitzende der IAA, eine der größten Kunstorganisationen, nannte sie „eine der größten Talente in der Fotografiebranche“. Der Kurator des Florida Museum of Photographic Arts schrieb, dass sie ein beeindruckendes Portfolio und große Fachkenntnis in der Fotografie habe. Adobe, die Schöpfer von Photoshop, lobten ihre Arbeit als „erstaunliche konzeptionelle Bildsprache“, und ScanArt International bezeichnete sie als „Meisterin des Surrealismus und konzeptioneller Erzählungen“.
