Focused on timeless, elegant and straight-lined designs with perfect veneered and polished or lacquered surfaces, the gallery is mainly specialized in original and greatly restored Biedermeier and Empire furniture from the 1st half of the 19th Century, french Art Deco and german Bauhaus furniture from the 1920/30s, as well as exclusive design classics, lamps and sculptures. In the large showroom in the historic old town of Regensburg in Bavaria, they display their selection of antiques and vintage furniture that can be greatly combined with modern interiors. In their restoration workshop, all pieces are excellently refinished. COLONEUM Antik is founded in 1989 and is run by Alwin Homeier and his son David. They ship their beautifully selected furniture to clients worldwide.
