ELENA PARASKEVA wurde von vier verschiedenen, angesehenen internationalen fotografischen Gesellschaften zu DEN FOTOGRAFINNEN DES JAHRES gewählt (2024/2023/2021/2018).
Sie ist Absolventin von HASSELBLAD MASTERS, WORLD MASTERS OF PHOTOGRAPHY, LENSCULTURE, AESTHETICA, PRIX DE LA PHOTOGRAPHIE PARIS usw.
Sie hat in renommierten Galerien ausgestellt und an Biennalen in NYC, Paris, Tokio, London, DUBAI, Wien, Barcelona, München, Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia), Florenz, Frankfurt, Málaga (Spanien), Linz (Österreich), Graz (Österreich), Siena (Italien) usw.

Sie hat sogar im EUROPÄISCHEN PARLAMENT in Brüssel ausgestellt. Die jüngste Erwerbung ihrer Arbeiten stammt von der Public Art Department der Västra Götaland Regierung in Schweden. Zu den öffentlichen Institutionen, die ihre Arbeiten halten, gehört das Boston Children’s Hospital in den USA, das eine 500 cm Installation ihrer Werke am Eingang zur Abteilung Kinderkrebs hat.

Elena Paraskeva wurde von Saatchi Art als eine der „Artists To Watch“ ausgewählt. Der Vorsitzende der IAA, einer der größten Kunstorganisationen, nannte sie „eine der größten Talente der Fotografiebranche“. Der Kurator des Florida Museum of Photographic Arts schrieb, dass sie „ein beeindruckendes Portfolio und große Expertise in der Fotografie“ besitzt.
