A magnificent two-piece centerpiece, composed of a base and a top lid. Thanks to its design with decorative handles, the lid offers the versatility to be used as a second tray or a standalone serving dish. This piece is an exquisite example of the refinement of early 20th-century French tableware.

The piece is in very good condition. It has an excellent metallic luster and a solid structure.
*Observations: Two wear marks are visible on the edge of the smooth center of the base, where the silver plating has worn away, revealing the underlying brass (see detail photos), and some dark points. This patina is evidence of its age and use, without detracting from its structural integrity or the overall elegance.
