ELENA PARASKEVA wurde von vier verschiedenen, angesehenen internationalen fotografischen Gesellschaften zur FOTOGRAFIN DES JAHRES (2024/2023/2021/2018) ernannt.
Sie ist Absolventin von HASSELBLAD MASTERS, WORLD MASTERS OF PHOTOGRAPHY, LENSCULTURE, AESTHETICA, PRIX DE LA PHOTOGRAPHIE PARIS usw.
Sie stellte in renommierten Galerien aus und nahm an Biennalen in NYC, Paris, Tokio, London, DUBAI, Wien, Barcelona, München, Sao Paulo (Brasilien), Florenz, Frankfurt, Málaga (Spanien), Linz (Österreich), Graz (Österreich), Sienna (Italien), Kuala Lumpur u.a. teil.

Sie hat sogar am EUROPAÄLTEREUROPA-PARLAMENT in Brüssel ausgestellt und ihre Arbeiten wurden als Plakat in TIMES SQUARE, NYC gezeigt! Unter den öffentlichen Institutionen, die ihre Arbeiten besitzen, ist das Boston Children's Hospital in den USA besonders bemerkenswert, das eine 500 cm Installation ihrer Werke am Eingang der Kinderkrebsabteilung hat.

Elena Paraskeva wurde von Saatchi Art als eine der „Artists To Watch“ ausgewählt. Der Vorsitzende der IAA, eine der größten Kunstorganisationen, nannte sie „eine der größten Talente der Fotografiebranche“. Die Kuratorin des Florida Museum of Photographic Arts schrieb, dass sie ein beeindruckendes Portfolio und große Expertise in der Fotografie habe. Adobe, die Schöpfer von Photoshop, lobten ihre Arbeit als „erstaunliche konzeptionelle Bildsprache“, und ScanArt International bezeichnete sie als „einen Meister des Surrealismus und konzeptioneller Erzählungen“.
Sie ist von einigen der heute renommiertesten Fotografie-Institutionen anerkannt und gefördert, darunter THE FLORIDA MUSEUM OF PHOTOGRAPHIC ARTS, HASSELBLAD, LENSCULTURE, AESTHETICA, DER GREIF, ADOBE, SAATCHI ART, WPPI, PRIX DE LA PHOTOGRAPHIE PARIS usw.
