Sie ist Alumna der HASSELBLAD MASTERS, WORLD MASTERS OF PHOTOGRAPHY, LENSCULTURE, AESTHETICA, PRIX DE LA PHOTOGRAPHIE PARIS usw.
Sie hat in prestigeträchtigen Galerien ausgestellt und an Biennalen in NYC, Paris, Tokio, London, DUBAI, Wien, Barcelona, München, Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia), Florenz, Frankfurt, Málaga (Spanien), Linz (Österreich), Graz (Österreich), Sienna (Italien) usw.

Sie hat sogar im EUROPÄISCHEN PARLAMENT in Brüssel ausgestellt. Die jüngste Akquise ihrer Arbeiten erfolgte durch die Public Art Department der schwedischen Västra Götaland-Regierung. Unter den öffentlichen Institutionen, die ihre Arbeiten besitzen, ist das Boston Children’s Hospital in den USA besonders erwähnenswert, das eine 500 cm lange Installation ihrer Werke am Eingang zur Abteilung für Kinderkrebs hat.

Elena Paraskeva wurde von Saatchi Art als eine der „Artists To Watch“ ausgewählt. Der Vorsitzende der IAA, eine der größten Kunstorganisationen, nannte sie „eines der größten Talente der Fotoindustrie“. Die Kuratorin des Florida Museum of Photographic Arts schrieb, sie habe ein beeindruckendes Portfolio und großes Fachwissen in der Fotografie. Adobe, die Schöpfer von Photoshop, pries ihre Arbeit als „erstaunliche konzeptionelle Bildsprache“ und ScanArt International bezeichnete sie als „einen Meister des Surrealismus und konzeptioneller Erzählungen“.
