ELENA PARASKEVA wurde von 4 verschiedenen, renommierten internationalen photographischen Gesellschaften zur PHOTOGRAPHER OF THE YEAR (2024/2023/2021/2018) benannt.
Sie ist Absolventin von HASSELBLAD MASTERS, WORLD MASTERS OF PHOTOGRAPHY, LENSCULTURE, AESTHETICA, PRIX DE LA PHOTOGRAPHIE PARIS usw.
Sie hat in angesehenen Galerien und während Biennalen in NYC, Paris, Tokio, London, DUBAI, Wien, Barcelona, München, Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia), Florenz, Frankfurt, Málaga (Spanien), Linz (Österreich), Graz (Österreich), Sienna (Italien) usw. ausgestellt.

Sie stellte sogar im Europäischen Parlament in Brüssel aus. Die neueste Erwerbung ihrer Arbeiten stammt von der Public Art Department der schwedischen Regierung Västra Götaland. Zu den öffentlichen Institutionen, die ihre Arbeiten besitzen, gehört das Boston Children’s Hospital in den USA, das eine 500 cm Installation ihrer Werke am Eingang seiner Abteilung für Kinderkrebs hat.

Elena Paraskeva wurde von Saatchi Art als eine der "Artists To Watch" ausgewählt. Der Vorsitzende der IAA, eine der größten Kunstorganisationen, nannte sie "eine der größten Talente der Fotobranche". Die Kuratorin des Florida Museum of Photographic Arts schrieb, dass "sie ein beeindruckendes Portfolio und große Expertise in der Fotografie hat".
