ELENA PARASKEVA wurde von vier verschiedenen, angesehenen internationalen photographischen Gesellschaften 2024/2023/2021/2018 zur "PHOTOGRAPHER OF THE YEAR" ernannt.
Sie ist Absolventin von HASSELBLAD MASTERS, WORLD MASTERS OF PHOTOGRAPHY, LENSCULTURE, AESTHETICA, PRIX DE LA PHOTOGRAPHIE PARIS usw.
Sie hat in renommierten Galerien und während Biennalen in NYC, Paris, Tokio, London, DUBAI, Wien, Barcelona, München, Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia), Florenz, Frankfurt, Málaga (Spanien), Linz (Österreich), Graz (Österreich), Siena (Italien) usw. ausgestellt.

Sie trat sogar im Europaparlament in Brüssel auf und ihre Werke wurden als Plakatwand am TIMES SQUARE, NYC, ausgestellt.
