Ein wunderschön erhaltenes Vintage-Waage-Gehäuse 'Original Columbus Bilateral', eine äußerst dekorative Ausnahme mechanischer Präzisionshandwerkskunst.

Dieses Modell features a striking openwork brass frame with symmetrical curved arms and clearly engraved measurement scale. The central mechanism operates via a bilateral spring system, designed to provide accurate weight readings through balanced tension. The scale is topped with a gently curved brass weighing platform mounted on a sturdy textured steel base, giving it both visual appeal and stability. It has fine details, such as the dual adjustment knob, red indicator pointers and patinated brass finish highlighting it's period character.

Condition: In good vintage condition with visible signs of age and use, including patina, light wear, and monir oxidation consistent with it's age. The mechanism is intact.
