GESCHMACKNOTEN
Es ist ein Olivenöl mit grünen aromatischen Noten. Sein Fruchtcharakter ist von mittlerer Intensität und erinnert an grünes Gras, grüne Banane und grüner Apfel. Im Mund ist es ein Olivenöl mit mittlerer Bitterkeit und Schärfe, wobei Grün erneut dominiert und Noten von grüner Bananenschale sowie eine mittlere Persistenz zu verzeichnen sind.

SERVIEREN
Dieses Öl eignet sich am besten zur Zubereitung von Speisen, als finales Würzen für Gerichte und wenn es kalt serviert wird.
