Gestützt auf qualifizierte Önologen wählen wir die besten Vins Doux Naturels aus und reifen sie in einem klimatisierten Keller, der ihnen gewidmet ist. Mehr als 1450 Fässer stehen dort wie eine Kathedrale des Weinbaus, mit einer Lagerkapazität von 4300 Hektolitern Wein im Reifeprozess, darunter auch alte Jahrgänge, die mittlerweile selten geworden sind.
