This is an authentic, original, one-of-a-kind Japanese production cel, hand-painted by artists at Toei Animation and used in the creation of Dragon Ball Z.
The cel features Piccolo in a dramatic close-up moment, his intense expression conveying the urgency and high stakes that defined many of the series' most memorable battles. The artwork highlights the character's distinctive design and powerful screen presence, with excellent hand-painted detail and strong animation lines that capture the dynamic visual style of Dragon Ball Z.
Included with the cel is the original matching genga (production drawing), allowing collectors to appreciate both the preliminary artwork and the finished painted cel used during the animation process. Together, they provide a fascinating insight into the craftsmanship behind traditional anime production.
A Certificate of Authenticity will be included with your purchase.
This item is presented interleaved with MicroChamber paper, an archival material used to protect artwork by reducing harmful acids and paint fumes which damage the cel over time. We are currently the only seller in Japan offering anime cels presented this way.
Please note that this is a vintage production item. Despite careful storage, age-appropriate wear such as light handling marks, minor paint wear, line fading, or small imperfections may be present. Buyers are strongly encouraged to examine all images carefully prior to bidding.

- Shipped via DHL with tracking.
- For international deliveries, the final carrier will be DHL or its local partner in the destination country.
- Estimated delivery time is approximately 1–2 weeks, though delays may occur due to customs or local conditions.
