Byzantine gold solidus of Emperor Heraclius, issued jointly with his son Heraclius Constantine, struck at Constantinople between AD 613 and 616.

Obverse:
Facing bust of Heraclius, with short beard, alongside the smaller facing bust of Heraclius Constantine. Both wear chlamys and elaborate crowns surmounted by crosses; cross above between them.
Legend: dN hERACLIUS ET hERA CONST PP AVI

Reverse:
Cross potent on three steps.
Legend: VICTORIA AVςЧ I
CONOB in exergue.
