Lining in a mix of hammered and smooth leather, one patch pocket with a snap button, and two smaller pockets on the opposite side. Made in Italy. Excellent condition, some small traces, hardwares are in perfect conditions. There are only three small pen marks visible in the photos (one on the back and two on a corner) that can be easily removed by a professional.
