Collectible crystal glass relief “Pegasus”, created in 1980 by the renowned Austrian artist and sculptor Ernst Fuchs for the prestigious Rosenthal limited art series (Jahresteller / Limitierte Kunstreihen).

Ernst Fuchs, one of the founders of the Vienna School of Fantastic Realism, created this striking sculptural composition depicting the mythical winged horse Pegasus emerging from the waves. The dramatic relief and expressive modelling are characteristic of Fuchs’ visionary artistic style.

Crafted from thick smoky-grey crystal glass with partially frosted surfaces, the relief displays remarkable depth and beautifully interacts with light. Produced as a strictly limited edition of only 3,000 pieces worldwide, each example is individually numbered and acid-etched on the rim with the artist’s signature, the year 1980, and its edition number.
