Shipping
We dispatch within 3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Courier (DHL / FedEx / UPS): usually 3-7 days. Japan Post: usually 7-21 days.
All parcels are tracked. The method depends on destination and size.

If you win multiple lots, we can ship them together and you pay shipping only once.

For buyers in Italy
Italian customs requires your Codice Fiscale (tax code) for import clearance,
regardless of the item price. Please send it in the order message right after winning.

Import duties and taxes
Import duties, VAT and other fees may be charged by your local customs.
These are the buyer's responsibility.
For destinations outside the EU (Switzerland, UK, Norway and others), your carrier may also
charge a separate customs clearance fee on top of duties.

We cannot declare a lower value or mark the parcel as "GIFT".
