100% Brand New / Pack-Fresh Unplayed Condition - Sovereign Blue-Chip Alternative Asset

Up for auction is an undisputed modern holy grail and one of the most magnificent card creations in ONE PIECE TCG history: Monkey D. Luffy "New Four Emperors" SR-SPC (Special Card / ST31-004) from the landmark booster expansion "The World's Strongest Warriors" [OP-17].

Commanding instant icon status across the international trading card scene, this supreme masterpiece showcases Luffy crowned as one of the New Four Emperors (Yonko) in his divine "Gear 5 / Sun God Nika" manifestation. Illustrated by master artist Bashikou, the artwork bursts with surreal vibrant colors, intricate swirling cosmic flame clouds, a dramatic golden sunburst halo, and an ornate, heavy-embossed gold frame that radiates regal grandeur.

Why this card is an exceptional masterpiece:
- Apex Top Chase Scarcity: Pulled from the powerhouse expansion "The World's Strongest Warriors" [OP-17]. Sourcing this elusive Special Rare (SR-SPC) variant directly from sealed booster cases requires opening dozens of boxes at immense expense, making raw mint copies a true collector's trophy.
- Crown-Jewel "New Four Emperors" & Gear 5 Convergence: Depicts protagonist Monkey D. Luffy at the true pinnacle of the manga narrative—holding the title of Yonko while unleashed in joyful Joy Boy liberation, holding his beloved straw hat aloft.
- Unrivaled Japanese Foiling & Gold Texture: Features breathtaking 3D textured relief, deep multi-layered prismatic foil refraction, and intricate gold-leaf style framing that stands among Bandai's finest printing achievements to date.
- Dominant Global Market Demand: Raw copies consistently trade between 70,000 to 90,000 JPY on Japanese primary exchanges, with graded PSA 10 specimens fetching near 200,000 JPY. This represents an unassailable blue-chip centerpiece with supreme liquidity and long-term capital preservation potential.
- Pristine Pack-Fresh Quality: 100% brand new, unplayed, and untouched by tournament competition. Directly sleeved and carefully stored in a humidity-regulated, smoke-free collector environment.
