Zwei Flaschen Ron Zacapa Centenario Sistema Solera 23, Solera Gran Reserva, hergestellt in Guatemala von Zacapa (Industrias Licoreras de Guatemala, vertreibt von Diageo).
This premium rum is made from virgin sugar cane honey (the first pressing of cane juice, rather than molasses), fermented with a specific yeast strain derived from pineapple. Maturation follows the traditional Spanish "Sistema Solera" method: rums of different ages, ranging between 6 and 23 years, are blended and aged in a sequence of barrels that previously held American whiskey, fine sherries, and Pedro Ximénez wine.
The bottles can be dated to the 2010s.
