Hédonisterie was founded in 2019 by Clément Donis, whose family has a long history in viticulture. Drawing on this heritage, he creates artisanal liqueurs using alcohol derived from wine and grape-based distillation products, supporting the use of materials from the French wine industry.
The Adiou! range was introduced in 2021, inspired by the convivial traditions of southwestern France. The name comes from the Occitan greeting "Adiou", meaning "Hello". Each liqueur is developed, produced, bottled and labelled in the company's own workshop, using natural flavourings to capture the character of its featured ingredients.
Crème de Pêche Gourmande offers a generous peach character and is presented in an impressive 300cl bottle with a distinctive red wax-sealed closure.
