{Expert Note JK: We are aware the seal is a Rutherford seal. We were recently able to proof the Rutherford seals have been used on these early Springbank book decanters.}

Paraffin wax is a soft colourless solid that melts when heated (>37 degrees Celsius). On capsules it is used as an alternative for parafilm, to prevent evaporation.
Not all countries can receive spirits.
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure they can import them, with potential risk to him on any customs block and/or requests for payment of import taxes and customs clearance costs.
