This is a jingasa bearing the family crest of the Suhama crest 洲浜紋. There are small cracks and breaks in the hat The Suhama crest is one of the alternate crests of the Sanada clan of the Matsushiro domain of Shinshu. The Suhama crest resembles the Suhamadai decoration used in celebratory displays, and is written in the shape of three interlocking circles.
