Ordha Rare Cask Reserves 21 Years Old bottle number 185 The Rare Cask Reserves Collection is a new label from William Grant & Sons. Master Blender Brian Kinsman, the sixth in the company’s history, was given access to the family’s private cask collection to create exceptional whiskies from it. With more than 1,000 casks of both malt and grain whisky to choose from, he is able to craft truly special blends and blended malts. The casks come both from the company’s own distilleries and from other producers. The latter have been purchased and traded over the past forty years to support the composition of, among others, Grant’s blended whisky. Not all of these casks were used, and as a result the collection includes whiskies from various closed distilleries as well as other unique expressions. What comes next can therefore only be awaited with great anticipation.
