Dekoratives Tablett - Deutschland - Set aus zwei vintage rechteckigen Mid-Century Modern Tabletts.
Set of two vintage rectangular mid-century modern trays with Bauhaus influences, featuring beautiful geometric patterns in bold dark blue or red and silver gray.
Their modern design, as well as their timeless geometric pattern, make them a standout set for collectors and mid century modern enthusiasts alike.
The trays have wooden handles at each end, a wooden frame and a glass surface.
Their bottom is made of nailed plywood. Probably made between 1950 and 1970, in Germany, DDR Era.
Dimensions:
The large dark blue tray is approx. 37 cm long and 23.5 cm wide. Height is approx. 3 cm.
The medium red tray is approx. 31 cm long and 19.5 cm wide. Height is approx. 3 cm.
Condition:
The trays are generally in very good to excellent vintage condition. The dark blue tray has a small scratch on the glass surface and no particular signs of use on its wooden parts (handles and frame). The red tray has a couple of minimal scratches on the glass surface (see details on last photo) and light signs of time on the silver part of its pattern, at some corners. No significant marks on its wooden parts (handles and frame).
