Wonderful fossil snail almost half a meter (Calpanile Lachesis ) from Southern Coast of Black Sea, Kraymorie, Bulgaria. It belongs to Tertiary (40-45 MYO) from the Kraymorie formation on the Southern coast of Black Sea. While in very good condition , it’s lenght reaches approximately 47cm. A small portion of the rock in which this fossil was found and excavated is preserved on one side of the specimen and could be used as a pedestal. Large fossils of this genus are extremely rare ,as the Kraymorie formation is the only source in the world with such a quality . This makes Campanile Lachesis highly valuable for the fossil record , and several renowned museums around the world have already taken possession of such specimens of our dealership. This fossil is worthy of museums ,private collections or interior design as well. Specimens of this genus are rarer than Campanile Giganteum.
