Please rest assured that I only use certified packaging designed specifically for wine bottles, including an internal paper tray for added protection. This packaging has proven reliable, with no breakages to date. That said, I appreciate your input and will keep it in mind to ensure the best possible experience for future shipments. 

The shipment was without any damages. Well packed. The bottle was exactly as shown on the photos and as described. 

The bottle is in perfect condition in a good package.
