Based in Kyoto — the historic heart of Japanese culture — I specialize in sourcing rare Japanese antiques from traditional markets, private collections, and estate sales across Japan. Every piece is carefully selected for authenticity, condition, and story. I source primarily from Kyoto’s famous Toji Temple market and Kitano Tenmangu antique fairs — markets with centuries of tradition behind them. My collection focuses on netsuke, inro, tobacco sets, lacquerware, and Japanese decorative arts from the Edo and Meiji periods — objects that were once part of daily life for samurai, merchants, and artisans.
