I'm extremely sad to hear that the handle of the tea pot was broken.
I definitely packed it in perfect condition and you will agree that I packed it safely in all the bubble wrap.
I always do pack my items very well so I don't understand what happened during transport.
For me this is the first case of a transport damage so I don't know what to do and if it's possible to complain at the shipping company (DHL) to get a refund.
If possible please send me fotos where the kind of damage is clearly visible and I will contact DHL and try my very best to get a refund.
