Dear sir, your words are quite harsh for what actually happened. We were always in contact and open about the process whenever needed. Yes there was a delay but we never broke any promises and we answered every question.

What a great watch I bought. Just beautiful, even better then the detailed photo’s. Contact via Catawiki app was very quick and pleasant. Delivery bij FedEx unbelievably fast. Very pleased customer!!

The watch mechanism is not working properly and is not in condition for a sale. I am still waiting it to be serviced. It got submitted via mistake and will be removed. As in the internal messaging I am willing to do that transaction. If you are still interested I will be glad to contact you for it in future.

I have mixed feelings. I am happy with the watch. But having to wait 5 weeks before received it, did not make me happyI The seller stated it had to come from Dubai but it came from Azerbaijan.....
