This print  is taken from  a 1933 issue of Arts et Metieres Graphigues
. 
Alfred LaTour was a French painter and engraver who also worked extensively as a graphic designer and advertiser. This print is a good example of the early 20th century Fauvism style, with which he is associated. 

Arts et Metiers Graphiques was a French graphic arts journal, published in France  from 1927 to 1939 bi-monthly in editions limited to 4000 copies, with the goal of producing a journal of art that would be "the most interesting and luxurious in the world."    Each journal was printed on high quality paper with exceptional attention to detail on all production fronts -- design, typography  and printing.

Occasionally, two different bidders may show up in the bidding history with the same bid amount. This occurs when one user's bid is exactly the same as an automatic (maximum) bid placed by another user earlier. Since the auto-bid was placed first, this takes preference. The bidding history will show both bids, with the auto-bid ranked as the higher of the two.
