STORIA/PANORAMICA
La Volkswagen Golf I rappresenta la prima generazione della Golf, prodotta dalla casa automobilistica tedesca Volkswagen dal 1974 al 1983. Per il design la Volkswagen si affidò all'estro stilistico di Giorgetto Giugiaro. Nell'autunno 1980 la Golf è sottoposta ad un altro restyling: esteriormente cambiano i fari, che diventano più grandi, ma solo nelle berline, mentre interiormente l'abitacolo è interamente nuovo (cambiano infatti sedili, plancia e pannelli porta)

ESTERNO
La verniciatura è ancora l'originale di fabbrica, con normali segni d'uso e del tempo. Un trattamento di lucidatura e detailing è stato appena completato. Un test spessimetro non ha evidenziato incidenti.

Anche il sottoscocca è completamente originale e generalmente solido, senza segni di incidenti.

INTERNO
L'interno è completamente originale di fabbrica, in generali buone condizioni eccetto un'usura del sedile guida.
I pannelli porta e il cruscotto sono originali, come tutto l'interno ed è una vera capsula del tempo, incluso il raro volante a due razze.

MECCANICA
Meccanicamente l'auto ha il motore originale con sigla e seriale corrispondente al numero di telaio come dalla carta di circolazione. Il motore si accende e l'auto è guidabile su area privata, tuttavia non è stata utilizzata per alcuni anni e l'ultimo controllo tecnico è scaduto, una normale manutenzione è suggerita prima dell'utilizzo. I freni non sono bloccati e l'auto gira libera.

E' sempre più raro trovare queste Golf mk1 tutte originali e non modificate, sono una interessante youngtimer, anche l'adesivo originale di fabbrica con i dettagli originali è presente (vedi foto)

This occurs when one user's bid is exactly the same as an automatic (maximum) bid placed by another user earlier. Since the auto-bid was placed first, this takes preference.
