This extraordinary Eterna Goliath pocket watch immediately captures attention with its monumental size: an outstanding 139 mm (~14 cm) diameter and nearly 1 kilo in weight. Far larger than a standard 50 mm pocket watch (see comparison photo), this exceptional timepiece is both a functional watch and a true collector’s showpiece. Originally, such oversized “Goliath” watches were often produced as nightstand or display timepieces, combining practicality with prestige.

This Eterna Goliath is preserved in very good overall condition. The porcelain dial is original and well-kept, showing only light scratches. The steel case remains in excellent shape, with minimal traces of wear. Most importantly, the impressive 8-day movement still functions reliably.
