Working primarily in oil, Jonathan seeks to capture the unique atmosphere and energy of each environment, creating paintings that evoke a strong sense of space, movement, and mood.
Influenced by his passion for photography, he is fascinated by fleeting moments—those dramatic shifts in light and atmosphere that define a scene. Travel continues to be a constant source of inspiration, from the peaceful charm of the English countryside to the wild beauty of the Scottish Highlands and the rugged coastlines of Dorset and Cornwall.
