This "1970s Seiko 5 6119-8020" is a vintage model from Seiko's signature "Seiko 5" automatic watch series, manufactured by Suwa Seikosha in the 1970s. Model Features: Model Number: 6119-8020. This automatic model is equipped with the Caliber 6119 movement. It's a simple and practical three-hand model within the Seiko 5 series. Case Size: Approximately 36mm. While slightly small by modern standards, it was a standard size for men at the time. Comes with a silver-tone stainless steel band, giving it a classic look and calendar function. The automatic function is working properly.
This model was manufactured by Suwa Seikosha (now Seiko Epson)諏訪精工舎 in Nagano Prefecture. Suwa Seikosha is also known for producing high-quality models such as the Grand Seiko and Roadmatic.
