Cottage with a White Paling (Huisje met een wit hek)
Technique: Light printing/Etching (Light printing is a form of photolithography in which the printing plate is prepared using a bichromate process. The process involves parts with unhardened gelatine holding water and repelling greasy ink, while hardened parts absorb and retain ink in a characteristic worm-like crack pattern).
Signature: Yes, in the process of being added. (See the photos)
Paper type: 22 grams (Diazo type - blueprint paper)
Origin: Rijks Prentenkabinet in Amsterdam, Netherlands
Documentation: Included in the Rijksprenten Cabinet in Amsterdam.
Condition: The lithograph is in very good condition with only a small spot outside the work at the top right. Framing this piece requires a frame of 20x15 or larger, as the artwork itself measures 14x17 cm.
