Vintage Prince figural table lighter – Monkey / Ape motif – Japan – c. 1950–1970

Vintage figural table lighter depicting a seated monkey leaning against a tree stump.
Produced in Japan and fitted with an original Prince lighter mechanism.

This type of figural tobacciana was popular in the mid-20th century and is now collectible among lighter and decorative object collectors. The sculptural form, expressive modelling and integrated lighter make it both a decorative and functional piece.
