Description from the seller
Piet Warffemius (1956) is a Dutch artist working as a painter, sculptor, graphic artist, and ceramicist. His work is strongly inspired by nature, with stylized forms of trees, branches, and leaves. Since the 1990s, he has aimed for a sober, poetic visual language with minimal means. Travels to Africa and Asia, among other places, visibly influence his work. His art is included in various corporate and museum collections.
Dimensions of work with frame: 102 x 82 cm
Dimensions of work without frame: 79 x 67 cm
Viewing is, of course, possible. Additionally, we have our own in-house framing workshop, which is celebrating its 85th anniversary. Furthermore, we collaborate with restorers from the professional organization: 'Restauratoren Nederland'. If you wish to make use of this service, we would of course be happy to hear from you.
