The Macallan Edition No. 2 is a limited edition Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky, created through a unique collaboration between The Macallan and the renowned restaurant El Celler de Can Roca in Girona, repeatedly recognised as one of the best restaurants in the world.

This edition was developed jointly by Bob Dalgarno, Master Whisky Maker at The Macallan, and the Roca brothers (Josep, Joan and Jordi), combining their individual visions and sensibilities through a carefully curated selection of oak casks. Each collaborator contributed specific casks to build a balanced and complex profile, reflecting both The Macallan’s heritage and the Roca brothers’ gastronomic creativity.

Bottled at 48.2% vol. and without an age statement, this whisky presents a rich and structured character, with dominant notes of dried fruits, nuts, gentle spices and well-integrated oak, remaining true to The Macallan’s classic house style.

Presented in its original orange presentation box, featuring details of the creative process and printed signatures of the collaborators, The Macallan Edition No. 2 is highly regarded by both collectors and enthusiasts of contemporary premium whisky.

A limited release that represents the union of fine whisky and haute gastronomy, and is becoming increasingly difficult to find on the market.
