Christophora, Stilleven met stoel, an oil painting of original edition, from the 1990s, created in France, framed, 92 × 117 cm with frame, hand-signed, in good condition, sold by Galerie.
Description from the seller
Christophora creates art that immediately radiates energy. Her works stand out for their use of bold colors, playful shapes, and a light, optimistic atmosphere. They seem almost to fizz with movement and joy, as if inviting viewers to look without prejudice and let themselves be carried away.
Color is not decoration in Christophora’s work, but the heart of her visual language. Through contrasting tones and free composition, her pieces come across as cheerful and accessible, yet carefully constructed. Her art balances spontaneity and control, making each work feel both light-footed and thoughtful.
Framed dimensions of the work: 92 x 117 cm
Unframed dimensions: 90 x 115 cm
Viewing is, of course, possible. In addition, we have our own in-house framing workshop, which is celebrating its 85th anniversary. We also work with restorers from the industry association: 'Restauratoren Nederland'. If you would like to make use of this, please let us know.
