I’m selling my 2003 Yamaha R1 (fuel-injected model, renowned for its reliability and character). The motorcycle has benefited from thorough, meticulous maintenance for sale; it’s ready to hit the road with no costs to anticipate.
Pros & Recent Maintenance:
Full service completed:
- Valve clearance check and adjustment.
- Complete cleaning of the injectors.
- Replacement of spark plugs and air filter.
- Engine oil change and oil filter replacement.
Chassis & Consumables (new):
- New Michelin tires.
- New chain and sprockets kit.
- New front fork seals.
Overall Condition:
The engine runs perfectly and delivers all of its original power. The chassis is solid and the riding behavior is exemplary.
Aesthetic:
Considering its 23 years, the motorcycle is in good cosmetic condition. Note, however, a few signs of wear related to time and a slight mark on the side fairing.
