Description from the seller
André Cottavoz (1922–2012) was a French painter and lithographer, connected with the École de Paris. He worked in a personal, figurative style with rich brush textures and bold use of color. Cottavoz painted landscapes, still lifes, figures and everyday scenes and also produced lithographs. He received several prizes, exhibited internationally and his work is part of collections such as the Musée d’Art Moderne de Paris and the Centre Pompidou.

The work is in an exclusive frame
Viewing is of course possible. In addition, we have our own in-house framing studio, which is celebrating its 85th anniversary this year. We also use restorers from the professional association: 'Restauratoren Nederland'. If you would like to make use of this, we would of course be pleased to hear from you.
