Description from the seller
From a Val Saint Lambert heritage crystal collection, all in very good condition:
- a vintage cut crystal spirit decanter from the renowned Belgian manufacturer Val Saint Lambert.

Characteristics of the decanter
Material: High-quality clear crystal.
Design: Featuring deeply cut geometric patterns that reflect light optimally.
Neck: A slim neck with a prominent ring or collar halfway.
Origin: Made in Seraing, Belgium. Val Saint Lambert has been the official crystal supplier to the Belgian royal family since 1826.
Such decanters are often used for serving and storing whisky, cognac or other strong spirits. Vintage examples in good condition are currently valued on the market between €120 and €350, depending on the specific model and condition.

Design style: The combination of "diamond points" and fan motifs is characteristic of high-quality crystal from the late 19th and early 20th centuries. This specific pattern shows strong similarities with designs from the Imperial line or early Art Deco series.
Material: Val Saint Lambert crystal is known for a high lead content (sometimes up to 33-40%), which provides exceptional clarity and light refraction.
Valuable information for collectors

Value: The estimated value for such Val Saint Lambert crystal bowls typically ranges from about €30 to €175, depending on size, rarity of the pattern and overall condition (such as absence of chips or cracks).
