a highly rare and exclusive edition of the iconic work "Route 66" by the French master Daniel Authouart. Whereas the regular edition consists of 175 copies, this is a copy from the very limited luxury edition, recognizable by the handwritten Roman numerals.
This specific work is marked as E.A. (Épreuve d'Artiste) and is numbered XXVIII/XXXV. There are worldwide only 35 copies of this particular series, which makes it a museum-worthy collector's item.
In "Route 66" we see Authouart at his best: a cinematic perspective, overflowing with American nostalgia, neon signs and classic automobiles. It is the ultimate homage to the "Mother Road" of the United States.
