Ugo Nespolo, born in Mosso (Biella), graduated from the Albertina Academy of Fine Arts in Turin and holds a degree in Modern Letters. His beginnings in the Italian art scene date back to the sixties, to Pop Art, to future conceptualists and poverists. Never tied in an absolute way to a single current, his production quickly characterized itself by a pronounced ironic, transgressive imprint, and a personal sense of fun.
